@SimariFWH – the funniest part about this whole video is it reminded me of when my boyfriend is in the mood to tease me (which says something about what Al is doing to Arthur). He’ll lean in to kiss me and then pull away at the last second or? do something else that will totally spoil the mood. LOL XD
@earthymoon – they are? the human representatives of the United States (the teaser in the glasses) and England (the stuffy one). To understand the relationship, watch Axis Powers Hetalia (first 10 episodes or so, which are only 5 min so it should be a breeze–the whole series would be better but you don’t need to watch it all at once to get it), then read any USUK fanfic. It’ll all make sense after that.
@StudiosClock – I think the fanon for Axis Powers Hetalia is that all the “nations” (the human representatives of a country) are bisexual. They’ll hook up? with either gender, but they do have a preference of which nation they spend time with (usually)
